  • IFAC Statement on the Use of AI Tools
    • Authors are also required to comply with the IFAC Statement on the Use of AI Tools. Any use of AI or AI-assisted tools in preparing a manuscript must follow the applicable IFAC requirements.
    • Authors remain responsible for the content of their submissions and must provide the required declaration regarding the use of AI tools.
    • Authors should carefully review the official IFAC AI policy before submitting their manuscript: IFAC Statement on the Use of AI Tools and IFAC Author Guide / templates.

    • Registration confirmation email will be sent after the submitted paper(s) is verified.
    • Any shortfall of payment will be intimated through email, and only after the completion of payment, registration will be confirmed.
    • Authors are required to send the payment details to acods2026@nitw.ac.in 
    • Alternatively, authors can also transfer the amount to the following account and share the transaction details with the above-mentioned email.
  • Day-Based Registration Instructions (Only for participants without paper):
    • The ACODS committee is pleased to announce day-based registration options for participants who wish to attend the conference for specific days/multiple days (not the entire duration). Participants in this category can register for one or more days by paying the registration fees listed below (including GST/other charges).

    • Note:
      • To calculate the multiple-day registration fee, multiply the above figure by the number of days.
      • Accommodation for one-day registration is not available. Accommodation may be provided for those who choose to stay for additional days, subject to availability (by paying the accommodation charges).
      • A single-day registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, high tea, and snacks (dinner is not included). 
      • The registration fee for two or more days covers breakfast, lunch, high tea, snacks, and dinner.
      • An additional charge of Rs 500/- will be charged for the banquet dinner.
