  • Day-Based Registration Instructions: The ACODS committee is pleased to announce day-based registration options for participants who wish to attend the conference for specific days/multiple days (not the entire duration). Participants in this category can register for one or more days by paying the registration fees listed below (including GST/other charges).

    • Accommodation for one-day registration is not available. Accommodation may be provided for those who choose to stay for additional days, subject to availability (by paying the accommodation charges).
    • A single-day registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, high tea, and snacks (dinner is not included). 
    • The registration fee for two or more days covers breakfast, lunch, high tea, snacks, and dinner.
    •  An additional charge of Rs 500/- will be charged for the banquet dinner.

A visit to the Taj Mahal (Optional Day Excursion on a Payment basis)

A day-long tour is being planned to Agra, which is approximately 200 Km from Shiv Nadar IoE, the venue of the Conference. The tour cost is to be borne by the participants, and the payment is in addition to the Registration charges. A minimum of 20 participants are required for the tour. The details are as follows:

  • Proposed Date: 16 March 2024, Saturday, DAY-5
  • Tentative Cost*: ₹ 5000 per person for Indians / ₹ 6500 INR per person for Foreign Nationals
    *Cost covers meals (breakfast, lunch, and evening Snack), transportation, and entry fee to the Taj Mahal.
