Best Student Paper Award

ACODS 2024 organizing team is happy to announce the Best Student Paper awards and Best Presentation award in the form of ebook vouchers (from Springer Nature).

Best Student Paper Award:

  • First prize: EURO 250
  • Second Prize: EURO 200
  • Third Prize: EURO 150

Conditions for these awards are as follows:

  1. The submitted paper has to be a full-length contributed paper, and the first author has to be a student from a recognized University/Institute.
  2. Nomination is a must for the award. The student has to be formally nominated by her/his advisor, who should preferably be a co-author in the paper.
  3. Only one nomination is allowed per author. This means if an author has more than one paper accepted, she/he should be nominated for only one paper.
  4. The paper has to be presented by the student author who is being nominated.

Note: All nominations for these awards need to be e-mailed to the Technical Chair: sfali@smail.iitm.ac.in  by Tuesday, 05 Mar 2024, 05:30 PM IST.

Best Presentation Award:

Each regular session will have one best presentation award (EURO 100 book voucher for each award). The award will be decided based on the presentation made during the conference (no nomination needed). Criteria include clarity of presentation, time management, quality of slides, and so on. This award is open to all and not restricted to students only.
