Paper Submission

Papers submitted to ACODS 2024 must be original, not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, and they must not be submitted to any other event or publication during the entire review process. 

However, journal manuscripts and already published journal papers can be submitted as the Discussion and Dissemination Paper categories, respectively. The authors should note that the Discussion and Dissemination Papers will not be published as conference proceedings they only be considered for presentation at conference.

  • The allowed page limit for regular papers is maximum 6 page and for discussion and dissemination papers is maximum 20 pages.
  • Authors will be allowed to upload up to two papers (Academic / R&D organisation/Industry) and one paper (student) upon payment of the full registration fee.
  • Upload of the final version of the accepted papers will be enabled only after paying the registration fee. Papers can be uploaded via

  • Please note that it may take up to two days for the payments to be verified and to enable the final manuscript submission on Papercept. Please register at least two (02) days prior to the final upload date.

  • All registrants will be eligible for 2 years of Free Membership of ACDOS, subject to formal application and approval.

  • All the accepted papers will appear in the IFACPapersOnLine and will be indexed in SCOPUS.

Steps to submit Paper:

  • Papers must be submitted electronically by the submission deadline through PaperCept Conference Management System at
    http://ifac.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl
  • Choose ACODS 2024 from the list of the conferences.
  • Please obtain a 6-digit IFAC PIN before submitting a manuscript in the conference manuscript management system. Those who already have IFAC PIN need not register for a new IFAC PIN.
