  • Day-Based Registration Instructions: The ACODS committee is pleased to announce day-based registration options for participants who wish to attend the conference for specific days/multiple days (not the entire duration). Participants in this category can register for one or more days by paying the registration fees listed below (including GST/other charges).

    Note:

    • Registration Fee Payment Link: 
    • To calculate the multiple-day registration fee, multiply the above figure by the number of days.
    • Accommodation for one-day registration is not available. Accommodation may be provided for those who choose to stay for additional days, subject to availability (by paying the accommodation charges).
    • A single-day registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, high tea, and snacks (dinner is not included). 
    • The registration fee for two or more days covers breakfast, lunch, high tea, snacks, and dinner.
    •  An additional charge of Rs 500/- will be charged for the banquet dinner.

      * Authors have to pay an additional INR 2360/- per page if the paper exceeds the maximum page limit of six pages.

      * For each additional paper, add ₹ 9440/-.

      * For the Taj Mahal visit, add ₹ 5000 per person.

    • Registration confirmation email will be sent after the submitted paper(s) is verified.
    • Any shortfall of payment will be intimated through email, and only after the completion of payment, registration will be confirmed.
    • Authors are required to send the payment details to acods2026@nitw.ac.in 
    • Alternatively, authors can also transfer the amount to the following account and share the transaction details with the above-mentioned email.
