Then the validation of the simulator based on pioneering physiological data on carbohydrate metabolism and Insulin action in more than 200 people between the ages of 18-95 that Rita and our team at Mayo conducted. Thereafter touch upon physiological inputs to personalize the various algorithms used in current closed loop systems &#8211; the prototypical precision medicine in the real
