The student has to be formally nominated by her\/his advisor, who should preferably be a co-author in the paper.<\/li><li>Only one nomination is allowed per author. This means if an author has more than one paper accepted, she\/he should be nominated for only one paper.<\/li><li>The paper has to be presented by the student author who is being nominated.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> <em>All <strong>nominations for these awards<\/strong> need to be <strong>e-mailed to the Technical Chair: <a href=\"mailto:sfali@smail.iitm.ac.in\">sfali@smail.iitm.ac.in<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong> by <strong>Tuesday, 05 Mar 2024, 05:30 PM IST<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Best Presentation Award:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Each regular session will have one best presentation award (<strong>EURO 100 book voucher<\/strong> <strong>for each award<\/strong>). The award will be decided based on the presentation made during the conference (no nomination needed). Criteria include clarity of presentation, time management, quality of slides, and so on.
